    Didn't receive all included content with digital bundle


    Last week I stumbled across a section in the xbox store labeled "deal just for you." the deal was for GTA V. normally I would shop around but what caught my eye about it was what was labeled as included in the bundle. It said the bundle included a megalodon
    and great white shark card. I asked my friend about it seeing if I should get and he said yes. I held off for a while constantly going back to see if it had changed to something else or had expired til eventually i just bought it. Took me a while to download
    the game which is to be expected but when i finally started it up today to play online, there was no evidence of my shark cards. I have restarted the game and still no bonus in game cash.

    The free game or games that are included in your bundle will be digital even though the pic showed a case. On the 22nd you'll receive instructions on how to download your free games. There are no mystery gifts.

    EA Access 1 month code not received

    Hi there,

    I prepurchased FIFA 17 on the xbox store on September 18th but I didn't receive my EA Access code which supposed to be included in the preorder-bundle.

    *I was promised to receive my code within the next 24 hours* Didn't receive all included content with digital bundle :)

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.
