    Hello!

    I have bought Gear of Wars 4 on December and received the codes to download GoW 1 and 2.

    The codes from the rest of the collection were never sent, so I wonder if the support can help me reedeming them.

    Xbox messages expired and deleted my game codes

    I happen to buy a Gears of War Xbox One console that came with game and had a promotion that you receive the backwards compatible games, received those in Xbox messages but didn't use them yet, after a week I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it only
    gave me code for pre download for halo wars but the promotion said I would receive the rest at a later date. I happen to go on a trip to Mexico on Dec 18 and when I got back Jan 28 I didn't remember about the codes that I received in my messages and when I
    happen to check I had no messages or codes as it either expired or never received. So the codes I am missing are for the 4 backwards compatible games for gears of war collection and halo wars remastered from the time frame of Dec- Jan

    Pre-Ordered Halo Wars Ult. Ed. Still no code for Def. Ed.

    I ordered the ultimate edition on Dec. 21and have yet to receive my code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Is there anything I can do to get the code?

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    thanks for your answer. I am brandnew to Xbox ;) So i would like to play the whole gears of war series. But i am still unable to buy GW2 in the Xbox Store. Do you know when its possible? I dont want to start this franchise without the second part ;)
