    Didn't receive all credits


    Hi! I was just wondering why I hadn't received all of my credits from last month. I completed some of the Xbox University missions and didn't get some of the credits for it, I purchased the game which I then got my credits for but when I completed 5 achievement
    in that game I never got my credits for that and I'd like to get them. Thank you.

    Didn't receive correct credits

    Hello Metal Devil,

    Purchases that go towards offers do not also award payback. Your The Godfather and Blue Dragon purchases both went towards Rewards Actually offers last month, but since they did not complete the offer, did not award payback. Your purchase of Devil May Cry
    went towards the anime offer, but also did not complete that offer.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. After reviewing your account, we found an issue where your movie purchase was not progressing correctly due to also being applied to the Microsoft Movies and TV offer, causing it to progress only that offer and not both.
