Didn't receive a punch for purchasing Resident Evil 7 Deluxe/Reward points not calculating ...

I can confirm that your Resident Evil purchase should be awarding a punch that is not currently being automatically awarded. We will investigate with our platform team, but in the meanwhile we will award you a punch manually, which should appear shortly.

Regarding your MyVIP progress, pre-orders like your Resident Evil purchase are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

This means that your progress for this year should be equivalent to your other two purchases, 24.99 + 6.69. Since you are currently working your way to MyVIP star 3, which requires $900 in eligible spending, 31.68/900 = .03. This is why your progress is

Your Resident Evil purchase is not punching. As mentioned in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles,
you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since your third punch is from your pre-order of Resident Evil, you will receive those Credits around the end of January. Your purchase of Skyrim was not a pre-order, and did not award a punch, so without the Resident Evil punch you are at two out of three
punches.

Your purchase of Call of Duty was not made within the offer period, and therefore was not eligible for a punch. However, your purchase of Resident Evil 7 should qualify. However, due to the late release date of that title, it will not award a punch until
after its release. This was stated in the FAQ for the offer as the following:
