    Didn't receive a gears of war collection code


    It already past more than 30 days from when I redeemed the Gears of War 4; I had redeemed the Gear of War 4, 11th October.

    However, I still didn't receive the gear of war collection code.

    Would you please look into this issue?

    I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?
