    Didn't receive $50 gift card or proper amount of rewards points for Xbox One S order


    Hi, my name is Fady, how are you today? How have your holidays been going so far?

    So my issue is that I purchased a Blue Xbox One S during the black friday sale and it was supposed to come with a $50 gift card and 50,000 rewards points. I didn't receive the gift card and I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    I was hoping that this could be resolved. The order number is 17805669361. Thank you.

    If you redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a $5 Xbox Gift card. You receive $5 on your Microsoft account. You do not receive a physical gift card.

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

    I'm assuming you are referring to Microsoft Rewards points. For Microsoft Rewards, 1,000 points equals 1$ in value (euros in your case), so yes if you have 60,000 points, then that values to 60 euros if you want to redeem those points for Microsoft Gift
    Card currency. There is no option for 60$ (euros) on the redemption page for Microsoft Gift Card currency, so you would have to split it up redeeming a 10$ (euros) gift card and then redeem a 50$ gift card with the remaining points for a total of 60. More
