    Missing Rewards for Pre-Order

    Hello I purchased Final Fantasy XV on February 2, 2016 which is during your 15,000 Reward Points that is running from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 from the Microsoft Store Canada and I received my game on November 28, 2016 and I have yet to receive
    the 15,000 Rewards Points that I was supposed to receive from this promotion that you are running. So if you could please tell me when I am going to receive my 15,000 points I would greatly appreciate it.

    Xbox Live Rewards 15,000 credits promotion issues

    I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th through the Microsoft store, back when Xbox Live Rewards was having a promotion. The promotion was that for any preordered games purchased before the end of the year, you would get 15,000 rewards credits as
    part of the preorder bonus for each game and instead of the $10 Microsoft gift card. The email stated 7-10 days for the preorder content codes and points to be emailed/deposited. I still haven't received that email or the 15,000 points. Any idea what went
    wrong?

    I'm having the same issue. Preordered Skyrim, Final Fantasy XV, and Dead Rising 4. They all say "you preordered", but only have two punches and I have not received the rewards points. I tried to contact support but they said all we could do was post the
    issue in the forum to bring it to their attention. I hope they resolve this quickly 15,000 rewards points are a lot to loose over a bug/glitch in the system.
