Didn't receive 15,000 credit pre-order bonus

Hi, I pre-ordered 3 Xbox games (Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5) as part of the Xbox Rewards promotion to receive 15,000 credits. The reward has not been posted to my account.

problems with my reward points still not received them after my pre-order

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

Hi Namelessthehckr. Our offer is to award only 15,000 Credits for pre-orders made at microsoftstore.com. Watch_Dogs 2 was part of that promotion. Since you received the 15,000 Credits, you were not eligible for the $10 gift code.

Hey LongBowMaster did you pre-order the game with the bonus of 15,000 M$ points? I'm wondering if the code they sent us is the code for $10 (10,000 M$ points) that Non Xbox Live Gold members get for a pre-order of this game & that the code was mistakenly
sent to us but it's invalid because we will be receiving 15,000 M$ points in January. Sorry if that makes no sense.

For the MyVip star boost all MyVip terms and conditions apply, therefore pre-orders (such as Halo Wars 2) is not eligible for the promotion.

However, Halo Wars 2 would have applied toward your Games on Demand Punchcard so if you pre-order 2 more eligible titles you would receive the 15,000 reward bonus.
