Didn't receive £10 Xbox Gift Card

I received an invitation by email on March 5 to go Gold by March 31 to receive a £10 Xbox Gift Card by March 31. I joined Gold on March 16 but haven't received an email with instructions on how to redeem my gift. I was sent here by Dean from Xbox support. Thanks

I haven't received my free $10 xbox live card

I have took pictures of the promotion that said if you go gold you will receive a $10 xbox gift card. I bought it through my debit card. I didn't use a prepaid card.

 

Myvip gems purchase not received

I bought two Xbox gift cards with the myvip gems. I didn't receive the gift cards. It has been over 96 hours.

 

Hey Kalmec, do you still have that email? Could you post a screenshot of that email with the terms & conditions included so we can take a deeper look? We normally can assist with promotions that are done on the Xbox One dashboard
and sent through Xbox Live Messages, but that screenshot will help us look into this further.

Here's the response I received from Support on April 2 which made little sense to me:

"This is with regard to the promotion you have availed you received via email. We have verified and validated the photos and the promotion as well. However, it does show on our list on our Promotion Calendar about the offer. Thus we do not have the option
to provide you with the 10 Xbox gift card."

 

Has any progress been made? Thanks.
