    Didn't receive $10 gift card for Gears of War 4 Preorder via PayPal


    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition via PayPal. This was part of the promotion that should have sent me a code for $10 of store credit within 30 days. I have not received a code. I searched my mail both with Microsoft and PayPal

    I contacted support and they referenced me here. Reference # 1363252583

    Never got $10 from PreOrdering GOW4 via PayPal

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 via the digital store on 10/06/2016 and was supposed to receive a $10 code for buying it via PayPal.

    I've been looking online and other people have received their promotional codes. I've received everything else (the older game tokes & preorder items).

    Please help.

    Fifa 17 - Did not receive $10 gift card.

    The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

    If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.

    $10 gift code (preorder) missing

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder from them in order to receive the gift card.

    If you preorder a game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com you can receive a $10 gift code. If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the
    game shipped.

    If you preordered Gears 4 digitally, it had to be preordered before October 1 in order to qualify for the credits. If you did, support will check into your credits and post back here.
