Didn't not receive my preorder credits

Discus and support Didn't not receive my preorder credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I preordered skyrim, titanfall 2, and watch dogs 2.     Didn't not receive my preorder credits


    I preordered skyrim, titanfall 2, and watch dogs 2. On the rewards page it states that I did indeed preorder these games but my punch card only shows two punches. Today when I received my credits I never got the 15,000 credits that I should have for preordering
    the 3 games. Can anyone help?

    rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points

    Your purchase of TitanFall 2 was not a pre-order, and therefore not eligible for this offer. The body of the page tracks all purchases and marks them as "You pre-ordered" even if you did not pre-order them.

    Did you only preorder 1 game? In order to receive the 15,000 credits you had to preorder 3 games (it was the same offer as the current Games on Demand punchcard just with different games).

    There are generally no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware so there were no offers to receive credits for preordering the X or S. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Preorders are not eligible for VIP. In order to receive credits for Lego World, you would have needed to activate the current 6,000 credit offer
    and have preordered it on or after March 1 as part of that offer.
