    Didn't know about the 50000 points until after I purchased.


    I purchased an xbox one s from my local microsoft store. Is there any chance I can still receive these credits even though I didn't purchase from microsoftstore.com? If not I'd like to return the console and buy from the web store.

    I didn't receive the bonus offer of the 50000 bonus points. I purchased my Xbox on December 5th... how do I get these points added to my account.

    I didn't receive the 50000 rewards points on Xbox rewards I can send in a receipt I have the Xbox one s we purchased already but no mention of those rewards points

    We can only track purchases from MicrosoftStore.com. Purchases from a phyiscal store location are not eligible for this offer.
