    Hi, I watched the mixer mixpot Xbox Live streaming event for hours after logging in with and linking my Microsoft account to mixer.com, but have not yet received the pistol skin reward.

    Hi there Kay Wh0, thanks for reaching out.

    To clarify, the Ebon Flintlock pistol would have been sent to the Microsoft/Xbox account that you linked your Mixer account to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for on Mixer.

    If you received the pistol on that account, it indicates that is the account you were signed into when you watched the stream.

    Thank you - I recognize that but the account that it was linked to was by mistake, it is an account that does not have the game. Can I have the skin transferred or applied to my proper gamertag? It was a trivial mistake, but frustrating that I can't get
    the skin now....
