    I've pre ordered Dishonored 2 last Thursday (6/16/16), on the Xbox Store, but didn't get my Dishonored Definitive Edtion copy. I've already contacted the Support, and the first reply was disappointing. The second one suggested me to post this here, so i
    can get help ASAP. Please resolve this, i only pre ordered for the Dishonored DE copy. I'm tired of doing this.

    Morning all,

    Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

    Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.

    I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 about two weeks ago and I have still not received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition. I have been checking the store and it still says you receive the game from pre-ordering, so it appears the offer is still valid.

    Check Dishonored DE in the store. It should show as free for you.

    After going through the issue with the chat support the issue was solved. I was able to claim the Disonored Definitive Edition today

    Today after working with the chat support and supplying all the right information this issue was solved. I was able to claim free the Dishonored Definitive Edition from the marketplace.
