    bought digital games during sale but didn't get rewards points. I have in the past though.

    Do you know when we get the points? I re-purchased RotTR digitally after you posted this and according to my rewards account last night, I only had 400 points pending.

    not getting my rewards for years.

    Hello support, I have been purchasing a few games digital to get rewards and haven't been receiving any. Some titles were suppose to give me extra rewards as well, but didn't get any. I would like some support to help me with my issue thank you.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Rebates
    are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

    on Microsoft rewards it says I get 1 point for every dollar spent. It says I've gotten 56 points this month but I've spent more than that.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program for assistance. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program. Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
