Didn't get reward points for preordering madden 2018

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you have to preorder 3 games. The credits will be given after all 3 games have been released.

I preordered with my microsoft balance which i got from gift cards. I was confused when i didn't get charged for it but when i went to my owned games it said i had madden preordered. I was hoping that i actually did preorder the game because there was a limited time deal to get something in madden once it comes out. I'm wondering if I actually preordered the game or not.

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.

In order to complete that offer, you need 3 eligible preorders. If you only preordered Madden, you have not completed the offer yet. You would need 2 other purchases.
