    I purchased Final Fantasy XV as the present part of a rewards story and it's been well over 96 hrs and still no punches for it. Can somebody help get this fixed?

    Hello I have purchased three games on the punch card before the release date of the game it was call of duty WW2, sim 4, and star wars battlefront 2 I didn't received my points because one of the punch card didn't get punch in. So I was hoping if you can
    help me with the problem with the punch card I would like to receive my 15,000 points.

    As above the Rewards Team are the only ones that can help.

    The problem is that you didn't activate the Punch Card before purchase as it says on the punch card..therefore the system wouldn't register the purchase properly.

    Rewards punch cards not working correctly

    Got mine working somehow. Go to the Roblox punch card. Pucnh it. It didn't work at first but I kept punching it abd it worked them I tried the others and then they worked too. Hope that helps you.
