    I've bought 2 several games under microsoft store, but they are not under MyVIP and reward points

    Purchases from the MicrosoftStore.com are not eligible for MyVIP. The only way to currently get Rewards for those purchases is from our MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. That offer awards pre-order purchases with Credits which appear as pending 15 days
    after the shipment date.

    Hey depending on the retailer you purchased the game from the delivery of the code is different. Most often the codes are attached to the receipt or email receipt. Otherwise, they send the code out via Official Xbox message on your console.

    If you still don't find the code, I'd recommend for an issue like this to work directly with official support using the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If an automated assistant pops up click no thanks and then scroll to the bottom. Choose either "Chat with Xbox Support".

    They'll be able to check into your purchase history and any outstanding issues.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore do not award payback for their purchase. Since your purchase was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP. There were no offers available for that purchase. The only offer that would have awarded the
    purchase of a single pre-order was our MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer, which awarded 15,000 Credits for a physical (disc) pre-order from MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was digital, it did not qualify for that offer.

    There is no offer and there has not be an offer in the last two years that would award 5000 Credits per pre-order up to 15,000. The only offer we have had for pre-orders is the Games on Demand offer, which awards 15,000 Credits for the purchase of three
    eligible pre-orders during the offer period. Since you only made one pre-order during the most recent Games on Demand that started in January and ended in March, you did not complete the offer. The only eligible pre-order you made while the offer existed was
    for Sword Art Online.
