Didn't get my Simply Rewarding Offer reward points

Discus and support Didn't get my Simply Rewarding Offer reward points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I buy "Injustice 2" about 5 days but i didn't get my 6000 rewards points from the Simply Rewarding offer.     Didn't get my Simply Rewarding Offer reward points


    I buy "Injustice 2" about 5 days but i didn't get my 6000 rewards points from the Simply Rewarding offer. Please fix this

    With the £36 simply rewarding offer does it have to be £36+ on one item or can i spend £36 overall on more than one item. Basically does the £36 have to be from one item?

    Simply Rewarding offer

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
    If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.

    If it has been over 96 hours (would would probably be 3/5), and the content did not qualify for another offer on the website, then it is likely a glitch and staff member will review your account and reply to you here.

    They work Monday - Friday form 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends.
