Didn´t get my rewards cretis - World of Tanks

I participate in the Xbox Live Rewards program.

There are 3 problems:

1 - In december there was a mission active named Free Pass.

To complete the mission you have to spend at least R$66,00 in a month on a free game.

I bought in-game on the december 11th 12.000 gold for R$99,00.

The reward was 2.000 Xbox Live Rewards credits.

I didn´t get the credits for that.

2 - This month I already spent another R$99,00 and I didn´t received again the free pass credits (2.000)

3 - This month I indicated a friend to download the leg-up bundle to gain an leg-up bundle too.

I know for fact that my indicated friend downloaded because it´s my daughter and she did it.

I didn´t get the leg-up bundle too

Can you please solve this?

Also i missed my World of Tanks Leg-Up Bundle pay 100 diamonds( Gems) for it and didn´t get the e-mail with the code! What´s going wrong?

 

Não consigo carregar um jogo salvo no Minecraft.

I´m a new player on Minecraft and I didn´t get my saved world back... How to address this issue?

We can confirm your purchases, and are escalating your issue to our platform team. While they investigate why this occurred, we will manually adjust you for completion of those missions. The current FREEdom Rewards should be updated shortly. The adjustments
for the previous FREEdom Rewards should be completed by the end of next week.

After investigating, your friend is a US Rewards member who has done the activity in the Brazilian region. Since we can only Reward activity done in your Rewards region, they did not complete the referral with their download.
