If you preordered before the punchcards began, they wouldn't have counted. If you preordered after and they didn't complete, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

How about the points. If you buy an xbox right now you get a ton of rewards points. What about the players that bought it at launch? I bought the x scorpio edition and didn't get anything for being a loyal customer. But if I'd have waited, I'd have got
a bunch of rewards points and a free game. The players that preordered and got one on day one are the reason the x was a success. We deserve the same rewards as the newcomers.

If you're talking about the Microsoft Rewards punchcard, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. If you preordered the game it would not be eligible.

If you're talking about the Xbox Rewards punchcard, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance. The game would only count if you preordered on or after July 1.

That's referring to the Destiny punchcard offer through the Microsoft Rewards program (preorders did not count for that offer, you had to purchase the game after release), not the Xbox Rewards program. The two programs are different. For the Xbox Rewards
program, the only offer to receive credits for Destiny was the Games on Demand punchcard which involved preordering 3 games.
