    Didn't get my Prospector MyChallenge medal after I filled out three surveys in a row


    I filled out all surveys from September 17 to December 17. In November 17 it was my third survey in a row, but I didn't get the Prospector MyChallenge medal. So I want to ask, when I will get the Prospector medal?

    Missing Gems

    Hello VexxWARE,

    Since Gems were only created in October, activity done before that could not have been awarded Gems before they existed. After user feedback, Overlords prior to October were awarded for completion of that tier. You have 6 Gems from surveys, 10 from the Prospector
    MyChallenge, 100 from the Golden Child MyChallenge, 5 from YOLO Rewards, 500 from Overlord, and the remaining 250 Gems are from your spending.

    Didnt get my reward . 10 MyVIP GEMS reward for challenge Prospector

    Hello .

    There is a challenge to complete ."Prospector: We asked, you told! Complete 3 of our monthly surveys in a row to grab your Reward."

    the reward is 10 MyVIP GEMS.

    I completed 10 months survey in a row but i didnt get the reward .i did get 250 ponits for every monthly survey but for this challenge the reward is 10 MyVIP GEMS and ididnt get it .

    Why ?

    Since gems started on October 1, September's survey would not have counted. It takes about 96 hours for the program to update so it may be too soon to see anything after completing December's survey.

    Golden Age and Surveyor rewards challenge not unlocking

    Hello JJ Delight,

    Since Gems were only created in October, it would be impossible to have Golden Age completed. That MyChallenge tracks the time you have been a Gold member since October, and since it has not been a full 6 months since October, it is currently not possible
    to have that MyChallenge completed. Since Surveryor requires six monthly surveys in a row, and you only have five since you did not do a survey in October, that MyChallenge has not completed, since five is less than the required six months.
