on the Microsoft Rewards app it said if i bought the xbox1 S I'd received 28000 points and i had the console since Christmas but did not get my points

I bought farcry 5 and completed the challenge but I haven't received my microsoft reward points.

Hello sanwhich08 I believe you must have purchased the xbox one S from the Microsoft store during the correct time period, if this is what did than I would reach out to the Microsoft Rewards support either through email or chat.

There are currently no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for that game. If this is for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.
