Hi i bought Xbox gold last Friday and it said when u buy it u get a free 1 month of ea access but i never got the free month of ea access

Yesterday I done your promotion Get Ea Access free when you renew gold. I clicked on it on my home screen renewed my gold my order number is 567735033372216128. I got my gold renewed but didn't get the free month of ea access. Xbox live customer support
sent me here plz help

I didn't get my EA Access?

I bought NHL 17 a couple weeks ago which came with 1 month free of EA Access, and still have yet to receive my code for EA Access.

Hey, LUKE! Per the terms of this promotion, the EA Access codes are being sent out through October 21st, 2016. If you do not receive it by then, please post up a new thread on the 22nd of October so that we can dig into it further. Thanks for understanding!

I'm having the same issue. I DIDN'T go through EA Access and got it for free. Again, not through EA Access. I actually go tot play for like, 5 minutes today, on the 23rd. A day after it's ended. It's ridiculous how that works, since I got it on Xbox, not
EA Access.

Online gaming is free on PC and this applies to all providers such as Steam, EA, Ubisoft and Microsoft.

Subscriptions such as EA access are for access to a game library from EA. But such services are optional.

Whether you buy Need For Speed Unbound on Steam, EA games or Epic, you can play online for free, there is subscription required.

oh ok. but on Epic Games it didn't mention that you also need to pay for EA subscription fee to access NFS Unbound via Epic Games.

i got my Dante's inferno through EA access

it was free

I'm aware Dante's Inferno is available in the EA Access vault but I don't have a subscription. It's a Games with Gold this month and that's how I'm trying to get it but it isn't available for free for some reason.
