    Didn't get my 50K of reward points when following the MS store promotion


    When I saw an email regarding upgrade my old Xbox one to an Xbox one s I jumped at the chance as I would get 50K of rewards points added to my rewards program. Now I have registered both consoles to show that I have upgraded, yet my rewards account still
    hasn't been give these extra points?

    I do know I had difficulties trying to add the code I was given in the email.

    Can someone please help me, I brought this console from MS because of this promotion, otherwise I would of gone to my local Game store and possible got a better deal!

    Upgraded to S with 50k Rewards offer, only 30k Rewards Posted

    I ordered a new Xbox One S during Black Friday (Order #9870176178) to take advantage of the 50k Rewards upgrade offer shown on the MS Store page. 30k points were just posted to my account. Please correct this and post the full 50k Rewards.

    What happened to my rewards?

    I bought an xbox one s during black friday from the MS store, which was advertising 50k rewards for upgrading. Last week 30k rewards posted to my account. I complained here and was told I was not eligible for the 50k offer, with no explanation why. If
    I wasn't eligible, the store shouldn't have displayed the offer to me, IMO.

    Now, a week later, even the 30k rewards seem to have disappeared from my account. First I was shorted with no explanation, and now even those points have vanished without a trace.

    Please 1) explain why the store showed me an offer that I was somehow not eligible for, and 2) replace the missing rewards points in my account.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. If you still haven't received them after that, you'll want to post in the Rewards forum for assistance.

    Did you buy the Xbox via a Microsoft store or a another retailer? That promotion is for the MS store.

    As for your points they should show up here https://account.microsoft.com/rewards

    It has to be from the official store to get the 50k points...hope that helps!!

    if you did it through the microsoft store you'll get 50k points a few days after buying it.

    It'll be there on Wednesday probably. If you promoted your three characters you'll definitely get one of the packs and I can't imagine we didn't hit the 50k mark so it should be both.
