    Didn't Get FreeQuent Player Reward Credits


    Hello. I spent at least $5 each month from July 1st-current date. My account only shows I've received credit for completing two months goals, not all three. Please review my account purchases so I can get credit for all three months. Thank you.

    It was not added Rewards Credits from FREEdom Rewards.

    Hello.

    I had purchased some add-on contents for Free to Play titles, but I have not received Rewards Credits.

    MyMission page says "My Rewards Credits Earned:0" from Free Pass, FREEquent Player, and One-Two-FREEPunch.

    Hello Lavindathar,

    As it says on the mission page, the FREEquent Player offer rewards "2,000 Rewards Credits every three months", so it will only award 2000.

    Once you complete that offer in the third month, the offer will be marked as completed, and the Credits should show as pending in your account, as normal.

    Your purchase completed the FREE pass offer since it was over £18.
