    Before I purchased my xbox one I saw on tvif I bought it I would get fallout 4 but I didn't get it in my bundle.

    Never received my Fallout 3 code.

    As the title says, I didn't get my code from pre-ordering Fallout 4, purchased digitally through the Xbox store.

    FALLOUT 3 CODE WILL NOT REDEEM

    Hello,

    I purchased Fallout 4 and it had a redemption key for the download of Fallout 3. When redeeming it, whether on PC or on the Xbox One, I encounter error 0x80153016. Could you please help me get my Fallout 3? I can't possibly enjoy Fallout 4 before I finish Fallout

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.

    According to the game page for Fallout 4:

    "Through February 8, 2016, purchase Fallout 4 and receive Fallout 3 on Xbox 360. The code for Fallout 3 will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. Redeem your code on Xbox One or Xbox.com. Fallout 3 will be backward compatible so you can
    play it on Xbox One starting November 12."

    When I got my code it was sent via a Xbox Live Message; so make sure to check your messages. If you didn't get the code you should contact Xbox support.

    I pre-ordered and purchased my copy of Fallout 4 the day it was released. When I went home, I also looked for the code within my case. There was no code. A day later, I went back to the store and asked why i didn't have a code. Game Stop said the code for
    fallout 3 would be sent over my Xbox live messages. So I started playing Fallout 4 and since i was busy with fallout 4 for awhile, i never used the code. Then when I was ready to play Fallout 3, the code was gone.
