Didn't get fallout 3 code after 7-10 days after pre ordering

I per ordered fallout 4 11 days ago and still never got my fallout 3 code

So I recently pre ordered Fallout 4, and it said I would receive a code for Fallout 3 in my message center in 7 to the 10 days, which I still have not received after pre ordering ig on the 9th. Please help

• Date of purchase: “[Unknown (pre-ordered before release of the game)]”
  
• Issue:
  • “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
  • “The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.
  I'm not sure which of these issues I have. I either didn't receive the code after pre-ordering or I didn't realize I got the message and it expired. What can I do to get the code?

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand. Please also note that it can take up to 10 working days for it to be sent to you.
