Didn’t get Elite Series 2 return steps

If you are still facing issues with the code, I advise you to contact the live support to check your account from their end and see what happened. If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

Is it an Elite Series 2 Controller?

If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

Same problem, A button not always working on Elite series 2 controller, straight out the box. Returned it to Microsoft store, still waiting to hear back from them 1 week on.

There has been no confirmation if there is going to be an Elite Series 3 controller. So if you want the Elite controller, get the series 2 if you want one.

I just bought the series x and didn’t have the issue on the one S. Very frustrating I’m going to return it
