Didnt get day one achievement, redeemed over a month ago

Discus and support Didnt get day one achievement, redeemed over a month ago in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I redeemed my day one qr code over a month ago but still i didn't get the achievement on my account.     I redeemed my day one qr code over a month ago

    but still i didn't get the achievement on my account.

    Redeemed Day One Achievement without Xbox One console

    My friend gave me his day one achievement code and I redeemed it on Xbox.com about an hour ago. However the achievement hasn't shown up on my profile yet. Do I have to connect to an Xbox One to successfully redeem it? If I buy an Xbox One and download
    my profile, will the achievement pop then? I already redeemed it so I can't re-redeem it after I get the new console.

    DOOM alpha.

    I signed up for it over one year ago. Maybe because I own evey Bethesda game made. Or preordered TNO the minute it became available. Not really sure.

    There are two achievements. If you preorder directly from MS you get an achievement for preordering.



    If you get a Day One edition using any method then you get a Day One achievement via a redeem code.

    I had a goal of achieving a one year streak and achieved 603 days 4593 achievements, I only missed a day because I was in a car accident one day and didnt get home in time to get one.

    Once I lost it I didn't have the heart to start it again.
