    My dashboard offered me a promo that if I bought 12 months of Gold I'd get a free copy of Rainbow Six Siege. I bought the 12 months, but received no code for Siege.

    I haven't received rainbow six siege after I bought 12 months gold? Can someone fix this.

    Bought mine in november 2017, still waiting for code and have contacted customer support for help they sent me to the forums... horrbile

    They did the same to me. The rep said you don't get the game till the promo ends, which is in June. That's really weird.

    Receiving that code may indeed come at a later date. Did you save the terms and conditions for the promotion by chance?

    Did you purchase directly from the promotion on the console or from the website?

    They did the same to me. The rep said you don't get the game till the promo ends, which is in June. That's really weird.

    for $59.99. Almost bought a 12 month code from NewEgg for just $50, but enjoy this game on PC and figured why not for the extra ten dollars.

    Rainbow 6 Siege downloaded when it was free now asking for disk after it didn't need it before.

    Rainbow Six Siege was free to play for gold members only for a period of time. In the end of the said period you have to purchase the game in order to keep playing

    As stated in the xbox wire:
