    Sorry to hear about the issue. Where did you purchase the game from? If it was via the Xbox marketplace (either on console or website), there is no code necessary and the game is automatically added to your "Ready to Install" list on the Xbox One console.

    Having clarification will help us out greatly. Didn't get code today for DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Pre-Order Bundle purchased 9/16. :)
