Didn't get code for brothers to the end elite gear pack.

Hello on 10-7-16 I bought the preordered gears of war 4 ultimate edition that came with the season pass and the 360 collection. I also got an operations pack something about being a loyal gears fan. I was a day one gears of war 4 player and yet I didn't
receive my brothers to the end elite gear pack. I've read about the pack and I definitely qualify for the pack. Please get back to me as soon as possible. My wife also plays with me and qualifies as well he game tag is Angy1005 please let me know thank you.

Where did you purchase your copy of Gears of War 4? If it was a physical copy, you will want to speak to your retailer regarding your pre-order incentives.

I've went and talked to my best buy retailer and they don't know about the pack what I've ffound online is this.
