    But I didn't get the 8,000 Fifa Points !

    I Brought the icon edition of fifa and did not get 8,000 fifa points

    Hello I Purchased the promotion of fifa where I got fifa 18 and 8,000 fifa points unfortunately I didn’t get the points I got in contact with Microsoft support and I was told to post on this my case number was 1402318329 hopefully someone can help

    We do not have access or the tools to perform that. You can try contacting Xbox Support support.xbox.com/contact-us to see if it can be done

    When did you purchase your copy of FIFA 17? If it was before October 10, 2016, that bundle did not include 8,000 FIFA points. You can see what was included in the Super Deluxe Edition on >>EA's
    website    <<.

    If it was after October 10, 2016, let us know and we'll do some more troubleshooting. :)
