    i pre-order forza 7 5 days ago but didn't 5000 rewards credits. please fix this

    I have pre-ordered forza 7 and I was on my rewards page I received the 10 keys for pre-ordering but I didn’t receive my 5000 points and I also didn’t receive the vip pack or the hoonigan pack from the keys because those were the two things I won. I just
    want my points and my packs.

    Forza 7 rewards program.

    Hi AKM2OO9. Per our FAQ, Rewards Credits for the pre-order will be awarded after the offer period.

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.
