didnt get 15000 reward points for pre ordering

hi

about a week ago i received a mail that said if u pre order a game that releases in 2015 u will get 15000 points for each game u pre order

so i pre ordered fallout 4 and halo 5

and i didnt get the points

and i should get 30000 points

I never received the 15000 points on my account for pre-ordering Halo 5.

I am assuming you mean this offer : "Exclusive to Xbox Live Rewards members, you can pre-order your Xbox One or Xbox 360 games through Microsoftstore.com and earn 15,000 Rewards Credits for each pre-orderable game..."

In the
terms and conditions it says you get the points once the games have shipped. They wouldn't give out points before the games shipped in case you tried to cancel your pre-order after receiving the points.

Well regardless of whether that's the same offer or not you wouldn't receive points until after you had paid for the games - you need to have a look at the terms and conditions where you pre-ordered the games.
