Didn't get 1 yr. Xbox Live Gold Promotion

One or two days ago, I bought a 1 year subscription to Xbox Live Gold for the first time. On the home page of my console there was a promotion for doing so. It was located among the 3 boxes on the top-right: was the 2nd one down. Said that if you buy a 1
year subscription for the first time, get 20% off and a free game. The whole background of the ad was the free game, but since I'm a little new to gaming, I didn't recognize it and can't 100% remember. Believe it was called Ori and the Blind Forest though.

I got the 20% off for the purchase, but not the free game. Think the fine print said the game (code?) would be delivered to My Messages.

Also think the deal was expiring today, June 20, which is why I suppose the ad isn't listed anymore and so I can't find the exact details. Can't find the ad online; only spotted it on my console.

yes it is, we get the 1 yr $59.99 pass for xbox live gold when I was in the membership area it says that it auto renews yearly until i cancel it

Both require you to have a credit card attached to your account.

There are also a couple of dashboard deals that you can try out (they show up on your XBOX 360 Dashboard from time to time) $1 for 1 month or $2 for 2 months.

 

Support will check into it, but it generally takes about 4 weeks to receive codes from promotions.
