    I didn't earn the MYVIP star rank after I bought games since 3 APR. 2017

    I have spend more then 200 USD but earn nothing

    Is it any wrong with my account?

    But I didn't earn MyVIP star rank credit since 2/28/2017.

    Microsoft Rewards MyVip Rank

    My current MyVip rank in Microsoft Rewards is 1 star which earns me 20 points for every dollar spent. Am I able to rank up MyVip or is my rank permanent?

    Hi FridayNight89. You are currently registered as a US member in the Rewards program, but your Xbox Live locale is TWN and you are spending in TWD. Only purchases made with your Rewards locale will count towards the program.
