Didn't do the full deposit

I requested to a deposit after the February survey. I waited for the February survey to be completed and showed its credits in my account before requesting the deposit. The amount I had was 1250 credits before requesting the deposit, instead I only received
1000 credits to my account the equivalence of one dollar. I needed the full 1250 to complete a purchase for I did the math for said purchase. But I am missing that 250 when it should have been transferred to my account.

MyCredits Didn't Deposit

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

MyCredits Didn't Deposit

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

the following month. Since your February survey occurred on the first, it was not able to be included in the mid-February deposit.

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, since you chose to opt out in
the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and are a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit amount required to be scheduled automatically for a deposit occurred on the 14th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you have been scheduled automatically for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.

Hello realruninsniper,

We only perform deposits around the middle and end of the month. Since you requested your deposit too late to be included in the end of month deposit for June, it has been scheduled to be a part of the mid-month deposit for July.
