    It will only create a problem if your breaking a developers terms and conditions, or MS many terms and conditions or codes of conduct type things, and they take action, or if he changes his home console (expect it to happen at some point)

    As has been stated he won't hahve access to your content, as his console won't be set to your home and your profile has never been on it.

    Please don't be mad / angry at me, but this situation seems like it violates the terms of use as the Original Owner (the one who paid for the games) is letting someone else play the games for free without their knowledge.

    If it bothers you OP then contact M$, they won't be too fussed tbh. I contacted them when the full game of Sunset Overdrive downloaded for me and they were less than concerned. Since then, I've had other full games download randomly but unfortunately they
    are games I have already owned on disc. Enjoy!

    Nice one OP, enjoy the games while you can.

    Baffles me though, how someone can go sell/trade a console and leave their GT/Details on the console. Me, factory reset before letting it out of my sight Didn't buy Halo 5 but it's installing? :)

    Someone left 3 different accounts on an 360 I purchased for the bedroom. Sadly I don't think they left any games for me. I also bought a new 1TB Xbox one a couple of weeks ago though and was happy to find The Elder Scrolls online disc left in the console.
    Too bad they didn't leave the whole account and other games too.

    That's what you said though - "I bought a new 1TB Xbox one". Which clearly wasn't the case. In actual fact, you should have said you bought a second hand 1TB xbox one. Don't get arsey because I pointed out a mistake in your post.

    I'm sorry, my mistake. I forget some people take everything 100% literally and can't take a second to think about things. Just because something isn't new in a box doesn't mean it's not new to the person buying it.

    Again though, my mistake and I apologize for confusing you so badly.

    This is becoming quite a common thing isn't it? I guess some people just don't know or even care about the home feature. I would factory reset anything that I was going to sell on anyway.

    On the Xbox One Store (on the console), look up Halo 5: Guardians and there should be two buttons:

    "Install" and "Buy for $30.00"

    Press Install - this is the free trial.

    Let us know how you get on.

    I'm thinking quite a few more will buy Halo 5 over the weekend (Tuesday has always seemed an odd launch day for games as many people will be working), or have already bought it but not had much time to play until the weekend. So maybe if we look at the same
    list again next week, Halo 5 may be 1st, will be interested to see?

    I bought Halo 5 at launch (12am Monday night), and the most annoying thing was then having to wait to install it before I could play. It finally installed at 3am, I played it for 5 minutes, then went to bed lol zzzzz.

    Gears 4 will be a day 1 buy for me. I'm not even sure why I want Halo 5. I didn't like H4 or Reach.

    At the moment I am really looking forward to The Witcher 3 expansions.
