    Didn`t get money on roblox account, but it was taken from bank account


    I made a purchase through the windows store in the game roblox, I was charged money from my bank account, but it was not credited to roblox. Roblox support responded to me that the money did not come to them, you need to contact windows support. However, the order log shows that the order has been completed. How can I find the missing money? I can provide bank statements, answer to roblox technical support.
