    Hey there,

    That's odd! Did you have a custom Xbox One controller profile set-up? Navigate to the Xbox Accessories app from 'My games & apps' and reset your controller's profile to 'Default' to see if that helps!

    Talked with customer support and they had me remove my profile and reload it and that did NOT fix the problem.

    Well, remove my profile, power cycling, and re-adding did not work. I'll try customer support later.

    I did mine through the windows 10 app.

    1.Open xbox app.

    2. Click the 3 lines in top left.

    3. Click you profile.

    4. Click customize.(right under gamerpic)

    5. Click customize your avatar.

    That should do it. Hope that help have a great day.
