    I'm in Alpha ring and just noticed this. I have mine in top right and seems it's moved all the way into the corner and now there is a big gap in between names when more than one person is talking.

    In the party there should be a setting called party overlay, you can also move it to different parts of your screen

    In order to turn off voice overlay you need to go to party settings, which would be in the xbox dashboard (when you press the home button on your controller) and then after going on party settings you should see voice overlay as one of the options. You
    can move where you want it to be and change the transparency of the box, or turn it off all together.

    It's the new update for the MK 2 operating system on Xbox one consoles the update you have noticed is a bug fix for the issues they have been having with party overlay and party chats
