Did one of the updates reset my console’s resolution output?

I have exactly the same problem with the XBOX ONE S console. The console issues a resolution on two of my 4K TVs, only 640x480. Prior to this, the console on these TVs showed an image in 4K resolution. Resetting video tastes and full reset of the console
with the firmware did not help! Such a feeling that the console blocked the signal! Help your advice! Thank you !

This issue might be caused by hardware or software problems, try these steps to resolve the issue:

Check cable connection: Ensure all cables connected to your Xbox One X are securely plugged in.

Check console settings: Go to Settings > Display & sound > Video outputs, and make sure the TV resolution is set to the native resolution.

Clear cache: Power cycle your Xbox One X by turning it off, unplugging the power cord, waiting 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in.

Check for updates: Go to Settings > System > Updates, and check for any available updates for your Xbox One X.

Factory reset: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, perform a factory reset by going to Settings > System > Console info & updates > Reset console.

Ok got in touch with support and their resolution kind of worked... What they had me do was go into Settings > System> Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep my games & apps...

Did all that. Rebooted console. And it worked...

And then I made the mistake to update the Windows Store... Because you know, updating important apps is usually advised...

And then it stopped working and restarted showing me the error. So my advice is to not update the store after resetting the console. And turn off auto updates I suppose.

Well.No your laptop hdmi port is output .only it wouldn't display anything

You would.have.to.do.a reset.

This usually happens when you set a incompatible resolution thid is why when you set.a resolution and it doesn't work you shouldnt.accept
