I did not recive the code for fallout 3 included with Fallout 4

 

Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4

Date of purchase: 11/08/2015

I did not recieve my digital code for fallout 3 within 7-10 days

 

That offer ended early in February. Since you made the purchase this month, you would not be eligible.

 

If in fact what you say is true that the offer ended in 2/16; then why was it for offer for sale in March?

At this point you have a fiduciary responsibility to refund the the 109.00 that I paid, or this would be considered as WIRE FRAUD, AND THE RICO ACT WOULD ALSO APPLY.

So either issue a full refund or issue the code, or I will be contacting the FTC over your deceptive practices.

Yes this was purchased from MS, you you could see from me original post, as I copy and pasted the sales receipt that I received from MS.

Sorry, I'm not sure where you saw that it was still being offered. I know when it was running the promotion was listed in the description of the game along with the end date, but that was removed when the offer ended. For refunds you would need to contact
support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

It was not removed until after March 3rd, or I would have never been able to purchase the BUNDLE that was being offered from MS/Xbox store. So just send me the code! as THIS IS ms/ SCREW UP.

As Smwutches has stated, this offer has ended on Feb. 8th, 2016. Since you purchased earlier this month, you are not eligible for Fallout 3. Apologies for any frustration this has caused.
