Discus and support Did not recieve redeem code for Rainbow Six in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased a year subscription back in 10/2017 with promise of rainbow 6 game.     Did not recieve redeem code for Rainbow Six


    I purchased a year subscription back in 10/2017 with promise of rainbow 6 game. I reported a problem 11/2017 just to be told it would not be available until December for download. I downloaded it in December but since then the game has worked sporadically(error
    message). I have reported this issue to xbox support team being left with there is nothing we can do because I do not have the redeem code when I downloaded the game. I was told the game was available when the option to download would just "pop-up" ,as it
    did no redeem code. Now as I report the issue again to xbox support I'm told I have no rights to the game and there is nothing that can be done because the promotion was probably thru a third party vender. With that being said does that mean I get my money
    back for my year subscription.

    im happy to say i recieved my rainbow six vegas game code, but thats all... Code i did not recieve my rainbow six vegas 2 code with it

    Rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 redeem(expired message)

    I purchased Rainbow six siege on September 10, 2015 and prior to the purchase i received a message from XBL stating two redeem codes one for Rainbow six vegas 1 and the other for vegas 2. I Did not redeem in the 30 days and the message expired, i was looking
    to try and get those codes again.. Thanks

    You actually redeemed the code for Rainbow Six 1.

    It was the wrong code in the rainbow six 2 message.

    Same thing happened to me. Even if you already own rainbow six 1 it will still let you redeem the code.

    You need to contact support. I eventually got the correct code sent to me but it wasn't easy.

    I am also having this same issue, received both messages regarding rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 but the codes were all the same.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
