    Did not recieve Mixpot item from Inside Xbox live stream


    Hello,

    I watched the entire live stream of Inside Xbox last Saturday using the Xbox App connected to my live account and did not recieve the Sea Of Thieves Mixpot item. I was advised by support that if I have not recieved the item today to create a post here.

    We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and some
    of the content is fully unlocked within its respective game. Check your Microsoft Commerce pagefor the following content:



    • Ebon Flintlock
    • Stargazer Anubis Skin and Voice pack



    Let us know if you are able to find that content!

    Update: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders I checked this page and saw that I received the Mixpot for the Inside Xbox stream, not the main E3 Xbox Briefing's Mixpot. I did watch both streams,
    the Briefing and Inside Xbox.

    Hi !

    The Xbox MixPot FAQ mentions that
    "You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event" -
    as the Inside Xbox stream happened on 3/10/2018, you should receive that code by the end of today (3/17). If you still haven't received that code by tomorrow, please reply to this thread to let us know, and we'll continue taking a look with you
    then.
    Just an update, I did not receive the mixpot by the end of the day like you said I should.

    What is MixPot?

    A MixPot is a bunch of free items you get for watching Xbox programs on Mixer with the account linked to your account, such as the recent E3 press conference and Inside Xbox. You have to be watching live to get the MixPot normally.
