    i preordered Battlefield 1 and the promtional offer was that you get one month free of ea access however i never recieved a message like it said. When i preordered it said For a limited time pre-order Battlefield™ 1 and receive a code for one month
    of EA Access*. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem your EA Access code by November 3, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    but i have not recieved any messages.

    Never received 1 month EA Access code for preordering FIFA 17

    I just got of the chat and was redirected to this forum.

    I preordered FIFA 17 from the Xbox one store and never received an email with my code for the 1 month EA Access, I thought I already had EA access and had been purchusing FIFA points not realising I never received the free one month.

    I also just preordered Battlefield 1 from the store and was told I would recieve an email with the code for the Helfire pack and have yet to receive that email as well.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
