    Did not received the code for 4 months free GROOVE music


    When i signed up for the Groove music, on the description or instructions, i will need to sign up for a 30-day Groove Music Pass trial and you'll send you a token within 30 days for an additional 3 months of free music. However, until today I still haven't
    gotten the code. After talking to Customer Service Cher M. He told me to contact you guys and get the code.

    I have not received the 2 months free code for Microsoft groove music that I should have received because I purchased a month of groove.

    I have signed up for the 4 month trial with Groove Music. I had 1 month free, paid for the 2nd month but I have not received any code and have been charged again.
