I Redeemed a git card with £ currency on 2/6/2018.

Since you requested your deposit on the 5th, it was not made soon enough to be included in the February 8th deposit cycle. You should receive your Credits at the end of month deposit cycle.

It takes about 96 hours for the Rewards program to recognize changes in your account. So since you added the card 2 days before the deposit, it would not have been enough time to make it for that deposit.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and then process new information. Since you only recently created a Microsoft Payment Account, that information has not yet been received, so the deposit did not complete successfully.

Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your account, we no longer have access to them. However, we can confirm that your account had a deposit on February 8th of 31,000 and a deposit of 9000 on March 8th. Apologies for the inconvenience. You would
have to reach out to billing support for additional support if you cannot find the funds from your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/) (where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount),
or have not yet spent those funds.
